Product Support - Using soap, body products, and candles should be a relaxing experience! We aim to provide as much information as possible about our products before you place your order, but should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!
Returns & Exchanges - Due to the nature of my products, I do not offer returns. That being said, I want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to find an acceptable solution quickly and professionally. If you received the wrong item from your order we will exchange it for you, as long as, it has not been used or unsealed. If you are unhappy with our product in any way, please reach out so we can work to resolve.

Summer heat warning
- Wax Candles can get slightly dimpled and uneven when shipping in hot weather.
- Lip balm can melt and leak out of the tubes.
- Heat reduces the shelf-life of lotion and can cause some discoloration.
- While these things are rare, please keep it in mind if you think your package will sit on a warm doorstep or in a hot mailbox for any length of time.
